I know that Joel said that questions about the comic should be directed via the hijinksensue.com in the comments but my questions are more about the actual process of drawing the comic rather than one specific days comic.
-Do you have a template you use for the panels?
-What dimensions and resolution do you use for the comic?
-Do you use a brush presets, custom brushes etc?
I'll think of more, but right now I'm too distracted by the Ustream of todays comic in progress. -

I'm watching the U-stream right now and in the bottom right hand corner you have some kind of colour palette that I don't recognize as being native to Photoshop, what is this?

I've gone through 3 or 4 templates. The one I've been using for the last several months is a standard height and width and has 6 panels made out of Photoshop vector shapes. I can easily move the bars around or delete them to create various panel designs.
The final output of the comic is 760px at 72 DPI. I draw it at 300 DPI at.... I think abour 4000PX wide. Its huge.
I use the same brush to ink every comic. Its 15px round with tip diameter controlled by the pen pressure of my stylus. 100% hardness (heh) and no other variables.
To sketch I use this same pen at 50% opacity.
I've made every comic in Photoshop. The first few were with CS2, then CS3. I've never used any other programs when making HE, though I tried Illustrator once for shirt designs and hated it.

I'll look into that random button thing. Pretty new to this thing so bare with me ;)
About adding the app to your profile you just go to the app url and there should be "add to my profile" button or such.. if you are seeing the comic in the app it is already in your profile :) ... I think -
