Downloading Old Podcasts from a site, then adding them to an iTunes Podcast Library; is it possible?

I lost my podcast archive, so I've gone to the trouble of Dling a few of the ones I've lost (HE specific) is there any way I can add them to the Podcast section of iTunes, so that my mild case of OCD and Fancy Bastardry can be maintained?

I dont think you can tell iTunes that a specific group of MP3's are a podcast and should be treated as such, but you should be able to redownload the old casts through iTunes.
