Hey Everyone!

I'm Shane, 19, and another Australian, (Sydney to be precise, but don't hold that against me). Just started studying Marketing and Information Systems at uni, so what was once "free time" is now "study time". "Stumbled" onto the HE comic and liked it. Since then I've cannonballed the comics, and the first few podcasts, (probably a little too quickly (don't we all when we find something we connect with). But I've now slowed down, and been a fan of ever since.

So yeah, I'm just another FB, that is, if you'll have me.

I am the newest Fancy Bastard. I'm a software engineer from the Dallas area. And I used to be a regular at the First Saturday sale when it was on Ross Ave back in the 90s. Now I'm old (36) and married with 2 kids, so I don't spend many twilight hours sifting through electronica junk.

By day, I'm David, mild-mannered, married web developer, consumer of webcomics and watcher of lots and lots of TV. But, by night, I become D. K. Paterson, creator of short stories, available for your amusement and entertainment on Kindle and Lulu.com. I've also tried my hand at novels and screenplays, thanks to NaNoWriMo and Script Frenzy.
