FBs! As I've mentioned in the intro thread, my name is Joe and I've been looking for a place to hang out on this crazy series of tubes. Normally I'd be pretty apprehensive about being all "hey look at me" so early, but I'm kinda anxious, so ya know... sorry.
I've been doing a comic called Made Up, for about a month now. I've gotten positive responses from friends and family who I trust to tell me if it sucks, but now I think I'm ready for some public feedback. Come tomorrow (May 1) I'll have 6 weeks of strips and I've got a month buffer.
Quick Synopsis: Walter, once a creative and imaginative child has been broken by the system of school and work and now is a dull office drone. Since moving away from his friends and family, has made no new friends and has lost touch with his old ones. One night his solitary existence is broken up by the return of his childhood imaginary friend, Mr. Dusty.
Will Dusty teach him to laugh again? To live? To LOVE?
Or maybe he's just an unwanted house guest.

Man I totally forgot about Unhappily Ever After. There might be parallels, but I don't think too much (I hope! I know an upcoming part is nothing like it, at least.)
What's the Fringe part though? That he's named Walter? -
Hah. I'm not sure how much my guy is actually losing his mind. Its more like he easily just gets lost in his own head. But we'll see maybe its all a start to a spiral of declining mental health. Well shit... what would that say about me.
