    Seriously

    Apparently the original American Gladiators was supposed to be a movie, but was changed into a game show. Now that the reboot of the TV series has failed, they're going forward with the movie again. The whole movie will be set in the "Gladiators universe", which I assume means a universe of nothing but muscular men and women, and lots of foam.

    It depends on which Gladiators universe. In the reboot of the franchise, it is nothing but muscular rage and fire that lives on top of water and pain.

    We can finally have the answer to that burning question being debated on playgrounds all over the world - who would win in a fight...Laser or Wolf? The answer is totally Laser, by the way.

    Well I just hope it remains true to series continuity. I've heard some rumors though - I don't want to spoil this for anyone, but it sounds like there may be some alternate timelines involved. From leaked pics it looks like they're constructing the Eliminator on Earth, which doesn't make ANY sense!!! Everyone KNOWS it makes much more sense to construct it in orbit. RIDICULOUS. Also: Toa will be played by Jake Gyllenhaal.

    The Plot of the Movie is that all the Gladiators are Superheroes and it's based on the 1988 version, not the recent remake. So no Wolf.

    Ha ha, yeah... I just really, really hope Hulk Hogan doesn't somehow get his fat, arthritic orange ass in the movie... He's pretty much broke though, and apparently has some days where he wakes up and physically cannot move, so maybe he needs a career rejuvenation.

    I realize this is off topic, but the premiere of Hulk Hogan on TNA iMPACT will be special. Normally TNA iMPACT is on Thursdays avoiding WWE's Raw (Monday), ECW (Tuesday), and Smackdown (Friday). However for one night on Jan. 4th, iMPACT will be live for 3 hours on Monday, going head to head with Raw, to celebrate the premiere of Hulk Hogan.
