Did anyone see Monday's Daily Show? Wyatt Cenac compares Obama to Cosby, and even does an Obasby impression. Joel should have trademarked that as soon as he could have... Does this make Obosby mainstream? And is it spelled Obasby, or Obosby? Depends if you see the word as O-BOS-BY or OB-AS-BY. I keep changing it in my mind.

I've heard from other comics speaking about comedy that the unwritten rule is whoever gets it to television first can "claim" a joke, this was years ago, dunno if its still the case

I just found out recently that Picasso, in his sculpting phase, was like the Dane Cook of sculptors. He would learn from the best, then take their ideas, copy them and get famous. People stopped hanging out with him after he kept doing it.

No, it's Dane Cook too. I've heard him firsthand steal bits from Louis CK and Demitiri Martin. Mencia is worse about it though.
