Office Warfare PTSD (Nerf Guns and Playing With Them)

    So I got my second Nerf gun I ever owned yesterday, and it's pretty sweet even though you can only get the pump action ones in Australia. I got the Hornet AS-6 Nerf gun and it's pretty good for what it does, shoots 6 darts at once or individually. Trouble is I've heard you guys in America get better Nerf guns like the Maverick, but we do have the Nerf Vulcan (not to be confused with the Star Trek Vulcan unless it hits you in the neck at high speed).

    You guys ever played with Nerf guns at ANY time in your life? I've heard Zombie LARPers use em.

    I partake in my university's on campus Zombie Apocalypse LARP, so I have. My arsenal includes two Maverics, a Longshot and a Recon. I know a couple people with the Vulcan, but I'm much more partial to my six-shot pistols.

    Man, I wish we had crap like this when I was in college! Then again, I went to school in Newark, NJ, so anyone with so much as a Nerf pistol was liable to get shot!

    Had two mavericks, broke them both overmodding them. Have my precious vulcan in the closet. Don't get to use them much. Maverick's very solid.

    Maybe I should invest in one and surprise the office. There's a guy that always tosses long range hook shots of wadded up paper into our cubes from across the way. The retaliation would really catch him off guard. Might make for some fun escalting office pranks.
