So I've been live blogging (or tweeting) the Read or Die manga with my instant impressions of it, and you can find my tweetings at #RODLiveTweet related to this project. Essentially Read or Die is a manga about a 25 year old librarian chic secret agent who can manipulate paper into anything, to the extent she can stop bullets with it and kill people with Paper Planes in a way M.I.A. can only dream of (bad music-related pun). You can see my full impressions of Read or Die Vol. 1 here, but the live blogging of Read or Die is continuing over time. Check it out if you can, and if you have copies of the 4 volumes of manga try to read along.

I watched the movie over and over, loving it every time, so when I heard there was an anime I jumped on it. I don't think I made it a minute in before I realized they were kids in a high school and shut it off. I'm a bad person. -

Not at all Dram, the anime serries takes a little while to warm up, but IMHO the final product is worth it.
