Why shouldn't he give it a go. His new film Meet Dave is going to bomb horrendously, it looks absolutely terrible. Plus the movie viewing public have just proven we love properties we enjoyed 20 years ago revived badly by letting Indiana Jones and the tub of see through poop make a ridiculous amount of money in its first week.

Oh man, Eddie Murphy hasn't been funny in ages! Apparently finding Jesus kills your sense of humor (no offense intended BTW).

hmm. I didn't even find the original series of films terribly funny. Only chuckle-worthy at best. Now with super not funny Eddie Murphy, I might cry when I see it...I wonder if he's going to play all the roles...

Maybe it's just me but i reckon the cliff looks better in the original. Other than that i can't spot a damned thing. George Lucas + Box, only reasonable solution left to stop him screwing this stuff up.
