This is an EXTREMELY stupid idea, but maybe it will work. Joel is busy with the book, so odds are there won't be a comic this Monday. But maybe, the Fancy Bastards can make a comic for Joel. Now I'm going to assume the majority of us here have no artistic talent, but maybe some of you have some kind of humor.

Do you recall this pic? From when HE did a parody of Dinosaur comics. Maybe someone on here has a funny enough idea to open this up in paint, put in the words, and make a comic that Joel can use Tuesday after the book has been submitted.

How about an extension of the Disney Marvel thing in a twisted way, revolving around a barely child friendly retooling of the Punisher to become the PUN-isher, who kills people making the mistakes of making particularly bad plays on words. The PUN-isher scenes could be set at the Hallmark Greeting Card Company.
Another one I have revolves around the idea that Lego is inherently innocent, therefore making it dark, edgy and disturbing is downright difficult. Of course, the fan made video of Lego Sweeney Todd could change the skeptical Eli's mind about whether Lego can be just as terrifying as regular horror fare.
The last one I have for an idea concerns Anonymous attacking Australia's Prime Minister's website because of looming internet censorship here. I'm thinking V for Vendetta claiming that he is merely an idea, and ideas are bulletproof when backed by 4Chan, would be a funny comic.
