    Woody Harelson? Awesome!
    Zombies? Awesome!
    Woody Harelson + Zombies? Alright....

Thought it was pretty funny, but not great. i liked it more because of how original it was in the endless sea of zombie movies. Any other FB's see it?

I'll be honest, I adored it. Maybe because it was so heartwarming, I just fell into it full throttle. I'll write up some more when I'm not giggling about it, but I am sure this is a perfect little geek-dating movie.

Assuming my cold doesn't get in the way, I'm going to see it again today (I still have some money left on a gift card).

I thought it was brilliant. I had someone tell me it was crap, and that Micheal Cera might has well have played Columbus, but I thought differently, but couldn't defend it until I saw it for the second time. I don't think Cera would have been able to play the character when Columbus grew a damn spine. I love Cera, but this kid definitely pulled it off.

    Spoilers (highlight to read)
    BILL FUCKING MURRAY!

My friend and I were so close to saluting in the front row during his funeral.

I thought it was great. It wasn't all that deep, and it wasn't a horror flick, both of which are fine by me. I laughed out loud plenty of times, and I would go see it again. Also, one of my favorite cameos ever!

alot of the depth of the film lies in little details, rather than plot or characters necessarily.

    Spoilers (highlight to read)
When they get the hummer, Columbus's 3 is alot neater than Tallahassee's, the placement of the rules on the scenery, and how it's almost an unspoken rule to never use your real name, only your intended destination or origin.

Your right Locke, the subtleties are great. Just alot of the small little things you can catch. I love the cameo, but Woody Harelson made that movie. The kid was good, don't get me wrong, but Woody RULED.

I think everyone played their characters well, I just think I connected with Columbus a bit more.

i could see my self more in Columbus to. If nothing else with the Dew, games, semi social awkwardness. Plus my copy of the Zombie Survival Guide will come in handy.

Which by the way, that was all my mind thought about the first time i saw it is how many rules they broke from the book.

Which ones? I never actually finished reading the Guide, I'm so unprepared.

The Guide was absolutely brilliant, but they broke so many in the movie that it really did not matter. I read the Zombie Guide and honestly loved it, but at the same time I felt emotionally drawn to the characters of Zombieland.
